In order to always meet the highest requirements of our customers, we work with a process-oriented quality management system along the entire value chain.

For quality assurance, permanent traceability takes place with the automatic recording of all test data during the manufacturing process. In this way, data can be retrieved from past production processes to optimize current orders.

For us, high quality is the prerequisite for the reliable functionality of our spring products. Planning, implementation, securing, checking and improving - we attach great importance to absolute precision. Thanks to outstanding engineering achievements in our construction service, it often happens that we can do more with less. Waste and rework are avoided. The error rate decreases.

Tailored to the respective requirements and special features, we create an individual quality concept for each spring project. Mario Schaaf GmbH & Co. Our company is certified according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. In addition, we create increased reliability with our quality assurance agreement, because we know what is important to the customer. The most important point of quality assurance is our own claim.
